These terms govern the use of the Apps with Rob website and the design services provided by Rob Cot, based in Hobart, Australia.

Services

Apps with Rob provides product design services including research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, branding, and developer handoff documentation. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins.

Ownership

Upon full payment, all design deliverables including Figma files, prototypes, brand assets, and documentation become the property of the client. You own everything.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon delivery of all agreed deliverables.

Confidentiality

Your app idea, business information, and project details are treated as confidential. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission.

Liability

Apps with Rob provides design services only. We are not responsible for the development, launch, or performance of your app after handoff. Connections to developers and marketing partners are referrals, not guarantees.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
