Who we are

Apps with Rob is a product design service operated by Rob Cot, based in Hobart, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

What we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your app idea. We only collect what's necessary to have a conversation about your project.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your project. We don't sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. If we connect you with a developer or marketing partner, we'll ask your permission first.

Analytics

I use analytics on this site. As a UX designer, understanding how people move through a website is how I identify what's working and what needs fixing. It's a core part of how I improve the experience for you.

There are two tools running:

PostHog runs on every visit. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. It shows me things like which pages people visit, what they click on, and where they drop off. This helps me make the site more useful.

Google Analytics only runs if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. It uses cookies to provide deeper insights like where visitors are located and how they found the site. If you decline, it never loads.

Only I see this data. It is not shared with anyone. I use it purely to understand who's visiting and tailor the experience accordingly.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing make@appswithrob.com.au.
